Thomas R. Loken, DDS
Dr. Thomas R. Loken lives in Muskogee, OK with his wife Bernadette and his two daughters Michelle and Katie. Bernadette is a registered nurse at Muskogee Regional Medical Center. The Loken family is a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church. Dr. Loken has been a general practice dentist for 23 years. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in 1979 from Oklahoma Christian College, majoring in Biology and Chemistry. He then went on to the University of Oklahoma where he received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery Degree. Since graduation he has been a member of the American Dental Association, Oklahoma Dental Association, and Eastern District Dental Society of the ODA and Dean Robertson Foundation. In 2006, Dr. Loken built a new office across the street from his previous location. Dr. Loken enjoys scuba diving and pistol and rifle shooting in his free time.
Debbra Brown, RDH, BS
Debbra Brown is one of the registered dental hygienists in our office and has worked for Dr. Loken for seven years. Originally from Louisiana, Debbra received a Bachelor of Science degree in dental hygiene from Northeast Louisiana University in 1976. She is licensed to practice dental hygiene in LA, OK and KY. She is married with two children, a son and daughter.

Debbra Brown believes that dental hygiene care and education are a vital part of a healthy mouth and ultimately a healthy body. “I feel very strongly about educating my patients because as a child, I did not get much dental care or education. I firmly believe the key to a healthy mouth is a regular check up. Come see me!”
Deborah Webb
Debbie has worked for Dr. Loken since July 1994. She has served as office manager for Dr. Loken since the opening of his private practice in 1997. Having worked with him for so many years, Debbie credits Dr. Loken with being a very caring, gentle, and honest person. A very large percentage of our new patients are referrals from other satisfied customers. Debbie takes great pride in the fact that her co-workers provide the best possible dental care to each of Dr. Loken’s patients. New patients are always welcomed.
Debbie has been married for 27 years to Rocky Webb. She has a daughter, son and daughter-in-law and a beautiful two-year-old grandson.
Elizabeth Moran
Elizabeth is a vibrant and enthusiastic dental assistant and has been working for Dr. Loken since 2004. She has five years experience in dental assisting and received her training by volunteering her time as a Red Cross Volunteer at Ft. Lewis Washington Army base. She is certified in Radiation Exposure, Coronal Polishing and has been trained as an orthodontic assistant. She also enjoys attending continuing educational classes when they are available. Elizabeth is one of our instructors for Northeast Oklahoma Health Career Center on weekends and enjoys educating her students in the importance of dental health and skills she has learned being a dental assistant.
Elizabeth lives in the country with her husband and four children. They enjoy outdoor activities such as riding motorcycles and playing at our local lakes.
Sandra Sullivan
Sandy has worked for Dr. Loken since 2006. She handles billing, collections and insurance filing for the office. When needed she assists Dr. Loken and works with orthodontic patients. Sandy believes Dr. Loken has a wonderful and caring staff. As dental procedures and products change all the time, Dr. Loken stresses continuing education classes. She has attended a number of training courses such as orthodontic diagnosis and techniques, billing and collection laws, and Radiation Protection and Safety.
Sandy and her family live in a small rural community and have seven horses. They are involved in 4H and FFA and members of Porter Round Up Club.
Casandra Ledford
Cassie has been a dental assistant for fifteen years and is certified in Radiation and Safety and Coronal Polishing.
She is also a certified CPR instructor. Cassie has been employed with Dr. Loken for five months and enjoys working with him and his staff. She feels blessed to have become part of his team.
Cassie has been married for twenty one years to husband, David. They have two children.
